Terms & Conditions

For eligibility, the following terms and conditions need to be met;

• The item must be identical meaning same brand, colour & model number.
• The item must be currently advertised in print or electronic media (Including newspaper, catalogue, radio, television advertising or online)
• The item must be in stock.
• The price of the competitive item must be inclusive of delivery fees, taxes and charges, not available for click & collect orders.
• The competitor’s item is lower than our price on the day the price guarantee is requested (day of purchase)
• The competitor is located and shipped in Australia.

The following exclusions apply.

• Products for sale via auction, stock liquidations, fire sale, sale, clearance or second-hand goods (Ebay, Amazon or Facebook Marketplace).
• Any blemished, seconds, refurbished, damaged or ex demonstration stock.
• Advertising errors where competitor has published the price incorrectly or by mistake.
• Products distributed by unauthorised dealers / parallel importers.
• Special event, club or membership offers, third party promotions or prices not available to the public.
• Special order products, Trade/commercial/bulk quotes or purchases.
• Autotech reserves the right to match the competitors price instead of beating it by 5% when necessary

Autotech Tools reserve the right to terminate or amend the price guarantee policy at any time without reason or notice.
